Pre-Construction
This phase includes planning, design and budgeting to ensure your project is ready to go and stays going strong all the way to the finish. We order materials and contact our trade partners, accompany clients to our suppliers to pick out finishes, and help make sure the process is organized and stress-free. We will answer questions and have many past projects to showcase our past work which helps to show clients what is possible. We also work with client's who do not reside locally, working through this phase via email, video chats and dropbox.
Construction
Our team is truly great. Working with our trusted suppliers and trade partners, we keep a project moving forward. There are always little bumps along the way, but we do our best to minimize disruption to schedules and keep the project on budget. We communicate regularly with our client's about their project status and do regular walk-throughs to show the progress of the project.
Post-Construction
The last step. This phase includes site cleanup, systems testing and client training when needed, final inspections and move-in coordination. A final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction and answer any final questions.
Warranty Care
Our warranty can be different depending on the project at hand. In general, we offer a 1 year warranty on our smaller projects such as renovations and remodels. For larger additions and new builds, the warranty program is available through Atlantic Home Warranty and ranges from 1 - 10 years.
